Multiple offers aren’t automatically confusing.

Buyer Journey Insight

Having more than one offer doesn’t automatically create confusion.

A coach can serve different needs, have different ways to work together, or offer different levels of support.

The issue begins when a buyer can’t determine where their situation fits.

The buyer is trying to find their place

When someone encounters several offers, they’re often trying to work out:

Which one is relevant to me?

They may understand what each offer is and still be unsure where they fit.

That’s where the journey can become harder—not because the offers are unclear individually, but because the relationship between them isn’t clear from the buyer’s perspective

The distinction matters

Reducing the number of offers can sometimes feel like the obvious answer.

But fewer offers don’t automatically make the decision easier.

What matters is whether the buyer can understand where to begin and why that path makes sense for their situation.

Multiple offers aren’t automatically confusing.

Unclear direction between them can be.
