This project involved auditing the lead flow of a fashion brand selling clothing through Instagram.

The brand used Instagram posts and stories to showcase products while directing interested customers to WhatsApp for inquiries and purchases.
2. The Challenge
Although the brand generated engagement and product inquiries through Instagram, the funnel guiding customers from Instagram to WhatsApp was not clearly structured or trackable.
This made it difficult for the business to:
- Identify where inquiries were coming from
- Manage customer conversations efficiently

5. Recommendations
To improve the funnel and lead management process, the following improvements were recommended:
• Add a trackable WhatsApp Click-to-Chat link in the Instagram bio
• Include clear call-to-action prompts in posts and stories
• Use WhatsApp Business labels to categorize incoming leads
• Create Instagram highlights explaining how customers can order
• Establish a simple Instagram → WhatsApp funnel structure
These recommendations would help create a clear and organized path from Instagram content to customer inquiries.
